About Julie Hoy
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Julie made her way to St John in 2013. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and later a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Prescott College in Arizona. Julie spent years in the mental health field before realizing she needed a change and moving to an island in the Caribbean was just what she needed! Julie started a new career in hospitality in St John and began managing vacation rental properties. She has 8 years of experience here on St John helping visitors find their perfect vacation home and has started her own company, Caribbean Soul Vacations. While Julie was still living in Colorado, she explored a career as a part time Real Estate Broker in her off time and so it was a natural transition to get back into the Real Estate field and start assisting people in finding their dream home or perfect short term rental investment property on St John.
In her spare time, Julie loves to read, travel, explore St John’s hiking trails, and enjoy the beautiful beaches of St John.
