Supplements: Avontuur Villa is a perfect retreat for relaxation! Our repeat rental guests may enjoy their stay amongst our two levels that provide luxury accommodations for ultimate comfort! The first floor has a separate entrance that leads guests into a living area with a kitchenette and counter bar. This floor also has a one-bedroom unit with a queen bed, ac unit and full bath. The second floor has three master suites each with their own full bath, ac units, and ceiling fans. One bedroom has two full beds and the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. This floor also has a full size washer and dryer for our guests to use. There is a large modern chef's kitchen with black stainless appliances and all necessary equipment for home cooked meals! Beside the kitchen, is a custom table for four for those quick informal bites or morning coffees. For bigger meals there is an indoor dining room with an oversized dining table which seats 10 comfortably. The living area on the second floor offers sectional and lounge chairs for cozy nights in to relax, unwind, read or watch some television on the 50" smart TV. Throughout the rooms are ceiling fans that provide a great breeze, and each bedroom comes with a ceiling fan and its own remote control air conditioning unit! At Avontuur Villa, guests can enjoy the breathtaking views of St. John sunrises and sunsets! There are two large decks, one on each floor, spanning the entire length of the Villa. The first floor deck is fully covered, while the main floor has both open and covered space for sunbathing. Both come with comfortable full-size outdoor furniture including sofas, side chairs, coffee tables, rocking chairs and lounge swings. In the mood for a swim but don't want to head down to the beaches? No problem! Our 50-foot pool is great for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying beautiful beach views. Guests can relax and sunbathe on the loungers or eat by the pool at the dining patio!
