Supplements: Salt Pond Vista - Additional Information There was an original structure built in 1965. The only remaining items from the original 1965 structure are the first-floor subfloor, exterior walls and roof beam structure. Everything else was replaced, including the cisterns, during the 2010 rebuild and addition. Had the roof beams needed replacement, that would have been done during the hurricane rebuild but they did not need to be replaced. Hurricane Irma damaged the house in September 2017. The hurricane and imbedded tornadoes tore back the roof and blew out sliding doors and windows in the upstairs.
